Winter hasn’t started for us here in Kansas City. It's 60 degrees today and totally t-shirt weather- and I am not complaining! I wore this super comfy knit skirt and drapey cardigan on Sunday. It was easy to throw together and worked well with the braided up-do I tested out for the first time. I found this tutorial for short hair on Pinterest and it actually worked pretty well for me although I admit, not as well as on the model. Curses for thin hair in the front!

Cardigan: Anne Taylor, Skirt: Thrifted, Necklace: Ebay, Shoes: Old Navy
I bought this top to save for a maternity top months ago. I loved the tiny floral print and the fabric is so soft. It is kind of a tent though. Belting it and adding leggings worked perfectly.
Top: Thrifted, Leggings and Belt: F21, Boots: Frye
Like I said, no winter here, but it has been windy enough for a trench coat. I took photos of a holiday children’s choir concert this week and pulled out this sparkly sweater for the occasion. It is hard to tell here, but the body of the sweater has gold tinsel woven throughout.
Top: Anne Taylor, Pants: Target, Coat: Eddie Bauer, Shoes: Old Navy, Watch: ONE little MOMMA
I am seriously in love with those braids!! I wonder if it would work on my hair?
