Sweater and Shoes: Old Navy, Tee: Tutorial here, Pants: Old Navy Maternity (Tutorial here)

I love being comfortable while pregnant- who doesn’t? Unfortunately I also hate the feeling of staying in pajamas all day and not getting ready. So most days I dress in simple, comfy things that still have some character and a bit of my personal flair. This outfit could have been a solid tee with a solid cardigan, jeans and flip flops. To make is more me, I wore a graphic tee with a boyfriend cardigan, patched jeans and gladiator-esque sandals with a tiny wedge. Just paying attention to the details allowed me to stay comfortable, but still stand out with my style. (Yes, I am sword fighting with a dangerous 2 year old during this photo shoot!)

Top: Target, Pants: GAP, Shoes: Old Navy, Clutch: Thrifted, Earrings: F21

Sticking with the comfort theme- I played up these basics by adding a trendy printed pant and pairing unlikely colors that I love- peach, army green, and cognac. How do you scale up your basics?

    1. Thank you so much! I really only enjoy sewing the most basic things. If you can do a straight stitch then you can do almost anything I have done! There are so many online tutorials for almost anything you want to do. Most of the time I am just taking in a skirt or adding some elastic. Good luck!

  4. I love the way you paired the peach with the camo! I have those same pants and am always looking for new ways to wear them. What a great idea!
